1. Problem: Tech Tool Does Not Detect The Diagnostic Adapter.

Launch “Device manager” of your machine and check the adapter listed without any error. If drivers are lost or damaged, reinstall them from the official site of Volvo. - Configure the COM port.
Check that the COM port shown in PTT settings is the same as that shown in “Device Manager.”
2. Problem: The Software Locks Up/Crashes While Using It →

- Issue: PTT freezes when diagnostics are performed.
- The application quits instantly without any warning.

- Outdated software.
Solution:
- Inspect cables.
Delegate the diagnosis cable if its useful. This problem usually comes from bad or broken cables. - Check the CAN bus.
